Welcome to German Language School Kampala (GLSK). By accessing our website, enrolling in our courses, or participating in any of our programs (both online and on-campus), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before registering.
Enrollment is confirmed only after full or partial payment of the course fees.
Students must provide accurate personal details during registration.
GLSK reserves the right to reject or cancel an application if false information is provided.
Course placement is based on proficiency level (A1–B2) determined by our instructors.
All course fees must be paid before the course start date unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted payment methods include mobile money, bank transfer, or cash at the school office.
Fees are non-refundable once classes commence. However, in exceptional cases (e.g., medical or visa-related issues), partial refunds may be considered at the school’s discretion.
Course prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed enrollments will not be affected.
Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions punctually.
Repeated absenteeism without notice may lead to dismissal from the course.
Respectful conduct towards teachers and fellow students is mandatory.
Use of offensive language or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
Students joining online classes must have access to a stable internet connection and a functioning device (computer, tablet, or smartphone).
GLSK is not responsible for missed lessons due to personal technical issues or connectivity problems.
Recorded lessons or materials provided online are for personal learning only and must not be shared publicly.
All learning materials, videos, quizzes, and course content are the property of GLSK.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or resale of any materials is prohibited.
Students may use materials solely for personal educational purposes.
Certificates are awarded only upon successful completion of the course and fulfillment of attendance requirements.
Assessment criteria and passing grades are determined by the school’s academic policy.
Duplicate certificates can be issued upon request at an administrative fee.
If GLSK cancels a course, enrolled students will receive a full refund or be offered an alternative schedule.
Student-initiated cancellations before the start date may qualify for a partial refund (subject to administrative fees).
No refunds will be issued after the first week of classes.
GLSK respects and protects your privacy.
Personal data collected during registration is used solely for academic and administrative purposes.
We do not share your information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
GLSK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from course participation or website use.
While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website or error-free course delivery.
GLSK reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
